National Security, Election Commission and Judiciary

Respect Ballot, not Bullet..! Let India, let Humanity Survive..!

A communal appeal in elections do deserve judicial review and considering election commission's powers in order to preserve national unity. True for all US, China, France etc. Another factor in this debate is the national culture that is a sacred agreement and most vital cementing force. The most important is treachery, sedition. And no state can view to bleed Nation in the guise of outdated provisions like 370, 35a. Without empowering election commission on these, everything is meaningless and shirks historical context and geopolitical and contemporary international concern vis a vis jihadist establishment and terrorism.

For a thousand years or so India has been struggling to survive an onslaught by Foreign plunderers, envious of India's prosperity and rich cultural heritage which have been main targets of the attack. Common men of India churned up stalwarts, that were men of character and vision. Guru Nanak Dev envisioned an entirely new sect out of commoners turned special, not just Robinhood style personal revenge but a successful campaign to eliminate the adversary successfully. India's freedom is a recent event attained at great cost to her population, national wealth and geography and consequent national resources. Hostile powers are historical Pakistan and one partly earned by post-independence leaders and partly thrust by the British, both united in their pursuit are at their historical peak. Thanks to Modi, support to India in the world powers and the community is also at its peak. Any mistake at this juncture can be critical. The election commission and the judiciary have their share of responsibility to see that issues like national security, culture and abilities and power of Indian army get due place in this national discourse during the elections.
