India needs a specific law targeting Jihad and Gazwa. Crime is a crime and individuals or gangs are dealt with. But when it's part of great design, a unit of a big chain or web, its effect resonates beyond the individual act and is much more dangerous. It's a reality that has done considerable damage to India and has become particularly dangerous, especially after the genocide of Hindus in Kashmir in the 90s.
